Notes of crunchy plum and blueberry are complemented by violet, native herbs, tangerine peel and kumquat, while graphite-like minerality adds depth and complexity.\u003cbr\u003eThe wine is fermented with indigenous yeasts in small concrete tanks and matured for 15 months, with two-thirds aged in uncoated concrete vats and one-third in large 3,500-litre untoasted French oak foudres.
