The grapes come from two mountain parcels, Campo Grande de Pla de Manlleu and Cal Pilot de Querol, located at approximately 600 metres above sea level on poor, calcareous and stony soils.\u003cbr\u003eThe grapes were manually harvested and gently pressed at low pressure before fermentation with indigenous vineyard yeasts in stainless steel tanks. The wine underwent spontaneous malolactic fermentation and was produced using a minimal-intervention approach, without added oenological additives, with sulphites used at bottling.\u003cbr\u003eThe 2022 vintage offers a fresh and textured expression of Garnatxa Blanca, combining white and yellow fruit with floral, citrus, fresh herbaceous and mineral notes.
