The 2025 vintage marks the fourth release of Jabalina and showcases Jade's continuous pursuit of innovation, with each vintage featuring a unique approach to vinification.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis vintage is produced from an equal blend of 50% Tempranillo and 50% Garnacha Tinta. The Tempranillo is sourced from the estate's La Cantera vineyard in Labastida, where 36-year-old bush vines grow on limestone-sandstone soils at an altitude of approximately 600 metres. The Garnacha originates from 33-year-old vines planted on sandy soils in San Vicente de la Sonsierra. Hand-harvested on 14 September 2025, the grapes underwent whole-bunch pressing, followed by fermentation in a 500-litre French oak barrel and six months of ageing on fine lees, resulting in a rosé with remarkable texture, complexity, and freshness.
