The grapes are grown in terraced vineyards in the municipality of Brusnengo, at approximately 250–300 metres above sea level, on loose volcanic soils with acidic pH.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe wine combines the aromatic finesse of Riesling with the lively structure of Erbaluce, creating a refreshing and expressive white wine. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel at 16°C, followed by six months of ageing in stainless steel tanks with batonnage.
