Domaine Albert Mann Pinot Noir Les Saintes Claires 2021
2021, the vines stronger than anything, despite a very humid episode in July, August gave beautiful colors to the grapes with beautiful maturities. The vintage is doing wonderfully, fruity in a dry spirit and a fine acidity. Vintage reminiscent of 1996.
A deep, dense ruby color. The nose is complex and balanced between maturing and a real density of red fruits, spices and a spiritual side. Some energy emanates from its enchanted fragrance. On the palate its very delicate between power and grace. A wine with an amazing finesse. The wine is chalky, it exemplifies the limestone, everything at its right place. A wine to hold, let’s be patient.
