Return & Refund Policy

All sales are final and non-refundable.

We do not offer returns or refunds once an order has been confirmed and fulfilled.

However, if you encounter any issues with your purchase, please notify us within three (3) working days from the date you receive your order. Our team will review the case and assist accordingly.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges may be offered where applicable, subject to product availability and verification of the issue.
  • Requests made after two (2) working days from the delivery will not be accepted.

Exceptional Refunds (Case-by-Case Basis)

In rare and exceptional circumstances, a refund may be approved at our sole discretion, provided that:

  • The issue is reported within three (3) working days from the date of order placement.
  • The item meets our assessment criteria for refund eligibility.

If a refund is approved:

  • * A 4% credit card processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Credit card refunds may take up to seven (7) working days to be processed.
