Hibiki 12 Years 700ml No Gift Box

The Hibiki 12 Year Old is an exquisite and now highly collectible Japanese blended whisky from Suntory. Crafted from malt whiskies of Yamazaki and Hakushu, together with grain whisky from Chita, this rare expression is partly matured in plum liqueur barrels, which impart a distinct fruity sweetness. First launched in the 2000s, it was sadly discontinued in 2015 due to soaring global demand for Japanese whisky, making it a prized addition to any collection today.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Juicy marmalade, cooked apples with cinnamon, thick honey, and sweet plum wine.

Palate: Layers of crushed almonds, stewed fruits, clove-studded oranges, sherried malt, and gentle oak.

Finish: Bright, crisp, and flavoursome, with lingering apple and citrus zest.
