Ki No Bi Kyoto Old Tom Gin (Ki No Tou) 700ml
KI NO TOU is The Kyoto Distillery’s elegant take on the historic Old Tom style of gin, first popular in the 18th century. Based on their classic KI NO BI Kyoto Dry Gin, this expression is sweetened post-distillation with kokuto (black sugar) from Yonaguni Island, Okinawa. Unlike refined sugar, kokuto retains rich minerals, imparting depth, sweetness, and complexity.
Originally crafted as an exclusive bottling for the Tokyo International Bar Show, KI NO TOU has become a celebrated modern classic, bridging tradition with Japanese craftsmanship.
