Tasting Notes

Nose: Layers of nougat and marzipan open the bouquet, followed by vanilla pods, butterscotch, pine resin, and rye bread. Hints of mint, cigar box, and sandalwood add richness.

Palate: Powerful and assertive with bold notes of strong coffee, cinnamon, and dark chocolate. Balanced by allspice, pepper, aniseed, liquorice root, and charred oak.

Finish: Long and evolving with cloves, a touch of salt, subtle medicinal hints, cooling mint chocolate, and lingering sweetness.
