Château Minuty Rosé et Or is the estate’s signature premium cuvée, representing the highest expression of Minuty’s Provence style. Produced from selected vineyard parcels across the estate’s historic terroirs in Saint-Tropez, it is crafted to deliver elegance, aromatic purity, and refined structure.

Unlike entry-level Provence rosé, Rosé et Or is positioned as a gastronomic rosé, offering greater depth, finesse, and complexity while still maintaining freshness and drinkability. It is hand-harvested and carefully vinified using temperature-controlled fermentation to preserve aromatic precision and vibrancy.

Tasting Notes

Colour
Pale, crystalline salmon pink with brilliant clarity.

Nose
Highly expressive and elegant, showing aromas of white peach, pear, melon, citrus zest, and subtle tropical fruits. Floral notes and a light mineral undertone add further refinement and lift.
