Patrick Javillier Savigny-lès-Beaune 1er Cru “Les Serpentières” 2023 is a refined Premier Cru Pinot Noir from one of Savigny-lès-Beaune’s most respected vineyard sites in the Côte de Beaune. Produced by Domaine Patrick Javillier, a family estate renowned for precision and terroir transparency, this wine showcases the domaine’s elegant and restrained interpretation of Burgundy Pinot Noir.

“Les Serpentières” is regarded as one of the top Premier Cru vineyards in Savigny-lès-Beaune, known for producing wines with greater depth, structure, and ageing potential while maintaining freshness and aromatic lift. The limestone-rich soils and favorable exposure contribute finesse, minerality, and silky tannin texture.
