Produced by Domaine Simon Bize et Fils in Savigny-lès-Beaune, this limited-production cuvée reflects the estate’s experimental and minimal-intervention approach outside the constraints of classic AOC regulations.

“Akatcha” is crafted in a skin-contact style, sitting stylistically between rosé, light red wine, and orange wine. The wine emphasizes purity, freshness, and living terroir expression, showcasing vibrant acidity, light tannic grip, and energetic minerality. The 2022 vintage delivered vivid fruit concentration balanced by freshness, resulting in a wine with both drinkability and complexity.
