Terroir al Límit Les Tosses 2017 is a rare, high-altitude single-vineyard expression from Priorat, Spain, crafted exclusively from old-vine Carignan (Carinyena). Sourced from steep mountain terraces at approximately 600–650m elevation, this wine is a pure expression of terroir-driven winemaking, focusing on finesse, precision, and mineral tension rather than power.

The 2017 vintage is considered highly expressive and structured, showcasing the estate’s minimalist philosophy. Fermentation is carried out with whole clusters and native yeasts, followed by ageing in large neutral vessels with minimal oak influence. The result is a wine of remarkable clarity, energy, and elegance.

This is one of Priorat’s benchmark Carignan wines, often praised for its Burgundian-like finesse combined with Mediterranean depth and slate-driven minerality.
