Distilled from a corn base spirit, AMASS incorporates 29 organic botanicals, with 11 sourced directly from California — including some grown in the distiller’s own backyard. Indigenous ingredients like California bay and cascara sagrada provide a grounding foundation for brighter notes of hibiscus, cardamom, cacao, and ginger, creating a layered and multicultural flavor profile that reflects the diversity of Los Angeles.
