Crafted exclusively from Grand Cru vineyards in Avize, Cramant, Oger, and Oiry, the Champagne Agrapart Grand Cru Terroirs Blanc De Blancs Extra Brut NV represents the heart of Agrapart’s philosophy — authentic expression of terroir and minimal intervention. Made from 100% Chardonnay, this cuvée captures the tension, depth, and minerality that define the Côte des Blancs.

The bouquet opens with aromas of lemon zest, green apple, white flowers, and crushed stone. On the palate, it is pure and vibrant, with fine, persistent bubbles, laser-focused acidity, and a precise, saline finish. A Champagne that perfectly balances intensity and elegance, ideal for true connoisseurs.

Expert Ratings

95 James Suckling

Creamy and flavorful, yet it remains precise and vertical, with an array of lemons, green apples, pie crust, almonds, hazelnuts and chalk. Medium-bodied with creamy, fine bubbles. Lots of energy, with zesty citrus notes at the end. Layered blanc de blancs. 100% chardonnay from 4 Grand Cru villages. 40% from 2018 and 60% from 2017. Disgorged May 2022.

93 Wine Advocate

Based on the 2019 vintage, but with a preponderance of reserve wines from 2018, Agrapart's NV Extra Brut Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru Terroirs delivers notes of citrus oil, white flowers, freshly baked bread and hazelnuts, followed by a medium to full-bodied, creamy and satiny palate that's bright, lively and chalky. Wines from Oger dominate the blend.

93 Vinous

The NV Extra Brut Blanc de Blancs Terroirs Grand Cru is another terrific wine in the lineup this year. Chalk, white pepper, sage and mint meld into a core of lemon peel and crushed rocks. All the elements are so well balanced. An equal blend of 2019 and 2018 juice from 100% Grand Cru sites in Avize, Oger, Cramant and Oiry, the Terroirs saw natural fermentation and 100% malolactic fermentation. Dosage is 5 grams per liter. Disgorged: June, 2023.

More About The Winery

Founded in 1894, Champagne Agrapart is today recognized as one of the finest grower-producers in the Côte des Blancs. Since 1984, Pascal Agrapart has crafted wines from the estate’s 12 hectares of old vines across the Grand Cru villages of Avize, Cramant, Oiry, and Oger.

The domaine follows a natural, low-intervention philosophy: no chemical pesticides or herbicides, fermentation with indigenous yeasts, and partial ageing in large 600-liter oak casks. This approach ensures that every cuvée reflects the chalky terroir and vibrant life of the soils, resulting in Champagnes of precision, minerality, and depth.
