We have launched 257 bottles of Ardbeg 26 Year Old Quaich Bar Exclusive, 49% abv as the first edition of our The Islay Giants range. Distilled in 1993, only 257 bottles came from cask number 1297.

Here’s what Frank McHardy has to say about it :

Nose :
Very smoky, sweet smoked haddock, some green fruits.

Palate :
Peat fire smoke, round rich vanilla sweetness.

Overall :
A good example of all that makes Ardbeg great. Lots of smoke influence and salty sweet notes.
