Nose :
Fruity, over ripe bananas, peat fires, sweet smoked haddock and a touch of cinnamon spice.

Taste :
Round, both salty and sweet, gentle peat smoke. Floral, iodine and vanilla fudge.

Finish :
Spicy, creamy chocolate, fruity, vanilla and a waft of peat smoke.
