Royal Brackla 12 Year Old is an elegant Highland single malt, proudly bearing the title of Scotland’s first whisky to receive a Royal Warrant. Matured predominantly in first-fill Oloroso sherry casks, this whisky delivers a refined balance of rich fruit sweetness, gentle spice, and smooth complexity. Approachable yet distinctive, it is an excellent introduction to sherried Highland malts.

Tasting Notes

Colour: Warm amber
Nose: Stewed apple, dried apricot, honey, vanilla, toasted oak, and gentle sherry sweetness
Palate: Smooth and well-rounded with flavours of ripe orchard fruit, caramel, nutmeg, cinnamon, and subtle dark chocolate
Finish: Medium-long, warming, and lightly spiced with lingering sweetness
