The 2015 vintage—Veuve Clicquot’s 67th declared vintage—was shaped by warm, sunny conditions and low rainfall, producing ripe, concentrated grapes with strong structure.
This rosé is dominated by Pinot Noir (~50%), delivering power and structure, complemented by Chardonnay (~30%) for elegance and Pinot Meunier (~20%) for roundness. A key signature is the inclusion of ~13% red wine (from Bouzy Pinot Noir), enhancing depth, colour, and aromatic intensity.
Extended ageing on lees and partial oak influence add further complexity, making this a more structured, gastronomic rosé Champagne compared to standard NV rosé.
