Il Marroneto Rosso di Montalcino 2017 is a refined Tuscan red crafted by the boutique estate Il Marroneto, located on the northern slopes of Montalcino. Founded in 1974 by Giuseppe Mori and currently led by Alessandro Mori, the estate is known for producing traditionally styled wines that highlight the purity and elegance of Sangiovese.

Made from 100% Sangiovese, this Rosso di Montalcino expresses the vibrant and approachable character of the region. Often described as a “young Brunello,” it showcases fresh red fruit, lively acidity, and refined structure while maintaining the elegance typical of Il Marroneto wines.

The 2017 vintage, shaped by a warm and dry growing season in Tuscany, produced wines with expressive fruit intensity while retaining balance and freshness.
