The Shui Jing Fang Wellbay Baijiu (水井坊井台) is the flagship expression of Shui Jing Fang, one of China's oldest and most prestigious baijiu producers. Originating from Chengdu, Sichuan Province, the distillery traces its heritage back over 600 years to the Ming Dynasty, making it one of the oldest continuously operating distilleries in China. The brand is celebrated for preserving centuries-old fermentation techniques while producing elegant, premium baijiu for modern connoisseurs.

Crafted using carefully selected grains and fermented in centuries-old traditional mud pits, Shui Jing Fang Wellbay is matured in large terracotta jars for approximately 3–5 years before master blenders create the final cuvée to achieve a consistent house style. As a Strong Aroma (浓香型 / Nong Xiang) baijiu, it is renowned for its harmonious balance of floral aromas, ripe fruit, grain sweetness, and silky texture. The distinctive hexagonal bottle features intricate illustrations of six iconic landmarks around Chengdu, paying tribute to the brand's rich cultural heritage.

Colour:
Crystal clear and brilliant.

Nose:
Elegant aromas of pineapple, ripe pear, white flowers, steamed grain, subtle herbs, and delicate fermented fruit, with a gentle sweetness.

Palate:
Rich, smooth, and full-bodied with flavours of sweet grain, tropical fruits, roasted nuts, light spice, and a silky, rounded mouthfeel. The classic Strong Aroma style delivers excellent balance between sweetness, umami, and aromatic complexity.

Finish:
Long, clean, and warming with lingering grain sweetness, floral notes, and subtle spice.
