Champagne Agrapart - 'Mineral' Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru Extra Brut 2018 750ml
The Champagne Agrapart ‘Minéral’ Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru Extra Brut 2018 is a masterful expression of Chardonnay sourced from the pure chalk soils of Avize and Cramant. Produced by Agrapart & Fils, a family-run estate known for its artisanal approach and deep respect for terroir, this cuvée reveals the essence of the Côte des Blancs.
Fermented using natural yeasts and aged on lees for extended depth, ‘Minéral’ combines intensity and finesse. Aromas of lemon zest, white flowers, and crushed stone lead to a palate that is sharp, linear, and deeply mineral, finishing with remarkable precision and length. A true Champagne for purists and collectors alike.
Tasting Notes:
Nose: Lemon zest, white flowers, chalk, and hints of hazelnut
Palate: Focused, tense, and mineral-driven with fine acidity
Finish: Long, precise, and saline
