Aged for an extended period in the House’s deep Epernay cellars, the 2015 vintage reveals a rich and commanding bouquet of brioche, toasted hazelnuts, ripe stone fruits, citrus oil, and subtle smoke. The palate is powerful yet impeccably refined, showing layers of peach, pear, baked apple, almond cream, minerality, and restrained spice, all carried by silky mousse and vibrant acidity.
