Distilled from barley harvested in 2011 by eight Islay farms, this whisky captures the rugged character of the island. Every stage — from growing and distilling to maturation and bottling — is done on Islay, ensuring a true sense of place and provenance.

Tasting Notes:

Nose: A smoky, maritime character with notes of peat smoke, citrus, and malty sweetness

Palate: Full-bodied and complex – layers of smoky peat, toasted oak, and creamy vanilla balanced by fresh fruit and spice
