Produced using traditional methods, this lightly peated single malt embodies the perfect balance between complexity and approachability. Matured in a combination of bourbon and sherry casks, it showcases the distillery’s signature style of maritime influence, subtle smoke, and layered richness.

Bottled at 46% ABV without chill-filtration, it retains its natural character and depth of flavour.

Tasting Notes:

Nose: Fresh orchard fruits, malt sweetness, honey, and a hint of brine with delicate peat smoke.
