Prakaan Peated Single Malt Whisky 700ml

Prakaan Peated Malt is a distinctive Thai Single Malt Whisky from Prakaan, Thailand's first single malt whisky. Part of the Tribura Series, this expression introduces peat-smoked malt to Prakaan's characteristic tropical fruit-driven whisky style, creating a balanced combination of gentle smoke, sweetness, fruit and spice.

The whisky opens with fresh tropical fruit aromas layered with soft wood smoke reminiscent of a beach campfire. Rich vanilla and warm spices add further complexity, while the palate brings together smoky flavours with caramel, honey, citrus and pineapple.

Bottled at 43% ABV in a 700ml bottle, Prakaan Peated Malt offers an approachable interpretation of peated single malt, combining a recognizable smoky character with the distinctive tropical influence of whisky matured in Thailand's warm climate.

Colour:

Light golden yellow with bright amber reflections.

Nose:

Fresh and aromatic with tropical fruits, pineapple and citrus, complemented by soft wood smoke reminiscent of a beach campfire. Vanilla and warm spices add sweetness and depth.

Palate:

Sweet, textured and complex, with gentle smoky peat balanced by caramel and liquid honey. Citrus and pineapple provide a fresh tropical character, while subtle spice and oak add structure.

Finish:

Warm and lingering with soft peat smoke, honeyed sweetness, citrus, tropical fruit and gentle spice.
