Prakaan Select Cask Single Malt Whisky 700ml

Prakaan Select Cask is a premium Thai Single Malt Whisky from Prakaan, Thailand's first single malt whisky. Part of the Tribura Series, this expression represents the distillery's house style, combining a smooth and refined character with vibrant tropical fruit, honey and vanilla notes.

Matured in American oak ex-Bourbon casks, Prakaan Select Cask develops a naturally sweet and fruity profile. Tropical fruits are complemented by golden honey, creamy vanilla, citrus and subtle spice, creating a balanced and approachable single malt.

The palate brings together caramelized pineapple, toffee, candied lemon peel and freshly ground spices, while the long finish leaves a lingering impression of ripe fruit. Bottled at 43% ABV in a 700ml bottle, it is suitable for neat sipping, whisky tastings and premium whisky occasions.

Tasting Notes

Colour:

Bright golden amber with warm honeyed reflections.

Nose:

Soft and expressive with tropical fruits and zesty citrus, complemented by honey, creamy vanilla and subtle lemon cake notes.

Palate:

Smooth, rounded and sweet with caramelized pineapple, toffee and honey, followed by freshly ground spices and candied lemon peel.

Finish:

Long and refined with lingering ripe fruit, gentle sweetness, soft oak and subtle citrus.
