Umiki Single Malt Whisky 750ml

Umiki Single Malt Whisky is a premium Japanese single malt from the Umiki range, developed by Yoshino Spirits and Kamiki Shuzo as a more refined single-malt expression of the brand's distinctive philosophy of Japanese whisky and nature. It was introduced for Japan, selected Asian markets, and airport duty-free retail.

The whisky is meticulously distilled and matured before receiving a finish in rare Japanese Mizunara oak casks. Mizunara is highly prized in Japanese whisky production for its ability to contribute delicate spice, sandalwood and distinctive woody aromas, giving the whisky a recognizably Japanese character.

The expression represents a significant departure from the original Umiki blended whisky. Rather than being a blend of Japanese malt and imported grain whisky, Umiki Single Malt is presented as a single malt expression, making it particularly appealing to enthusiasts looking to explore the premium side of the Umiki range.
