To achieve the right balance of crispness, tartness, and sweetness, we blend Pink Lady apples with Red Delicious and Royal Gala.

Pink Lady has a pink blush over a greenish yellow base skin. Known as the Queen of apples, it is a crisp apple with a dense, firm flesh and an excellent, almost effervescent flavour. Red Delicious has a deep to bright red colour with mild sweet flavours and only a few notes of acidity.

Sunraysia uses Pink Lady, Royal Gala and Red Delicious apples from our orchard in the southern hills of New South Wales, Australia.
