Hand crafted at the Bernheim Distillery is Louisville where it ages in Rickhouse Y developing the truly unique and smooth taste courtesy of using Wheat as the primary grain source. Sourced from only 75 barrels or less (small batch), this unique whiskey has a one-of-a-kind flavour profile; notes of vanilla, honey, toffee and quirky berry nature to completely enliven the senses. A soft, mellow, fruity palate with gentle vanilla notes.
