Bladnoch Dragon Series 2 The Spirit Whisky 48.3%

The Spirit is the second release from Bladnoch's limited Dragon series, dedicated to exploring the various stages of whisky production. This expression emphasises the distillation of the spirit and was aged in first-fill and refill bourbon casks. The nose offers floral and fruity notes of pear drops and freshly cut grass, while the palate reveals deeper flavours of malted cereal, boiled sweets and hints of cracked pepper.
