Glengoyne White Oak Single Malt Whisky 700ml is a distinctive Highland single malt created to showcase the influence of American oak on Glengoyne's naturally light and fruity spirit.

Matured in a combination of first-fill bourbon casks and virgin American oak casks, this expression moves away from the sherry-forward character traditionally associated with Glengoyne. The American oak brings vibrant vanilla, citrus, ginger, toasted oak and tropical fruit characteristics to the whisky.

Bottled at 48% ABV, Glengoyne White Oak offers a bright, approachable and flavourful profile. The whisky combines citrus and orchard-fruit notes with crème brûlée, candied lemon, pineapple, vanilla and gentle spice before finishing with toasted oak and caramel.

Light golden amber.

Nose:

Elegant and vibrant with vanilla, fresh oak, bright citrus, sponge cake and ginger spice. Subtle violet and crisp apple notes add freshness and complexity.

Palate:

Soft and indulgent with crème brûlée, candied lemon, fruit sweets and tinned pineapple. Vanilla and gentle spice develop alongside the natural sweetness of the American oak.

Finish:

Round, smooth and lingering with toasted oak, caramel and delicate citrus notes.
