Fermented with native yeasts and aged for 14–16 months in French oak barrels, the 2019 vintage offers remarkable depth and balance. Aromas of black cherry, plum, and wild herbs lead to a concentrated palate of ripe dark fruit, graphite, cocoa, and Mediterranean spice.
