De Martino Las Cruces Malbec / Carmenere 2021 is a distinctive Chilean red wine from De Martino's Old Vine Series, produced from a field blend of 75% Malbec and 25% Carménère grown at the Las Cruces vineyard in Pichidegua, Cachapoal Valley. The vineyard was planted in 1957 and sits on granite soils under a temperate Mediterranean climate.
The 2021 vintage is marked by freshness and precision, showing expressive violet, black fruit and herbal aromas. On the palate, it offers medium body, vibrant acidity, fine and firm tannins and concentrated fresh fruit, creating a balanced and persistent expression of these old vines.

Bright deep ruby red with violet reflections.

Nose:
Aromatic and expressive with violets, blackberries, dark cherries, black fruit and subtle herbal and spicy notes.

Palate:
Medium-bodied and fresh with concentrated black and red fruit flavours. Bright acidity provides freshness, while fine-grained tannins add structure and texture.
