The Dom Pérignon P2 Rosé Champagne 1996 750ml (Giftbox) is a rare and prestigious expression of Dom Pérignon Rosé released at its Second Plénitude (P2) following extended cellar maturation.

The 1996 vintage is one of Champagne's most celebrated vintages, renowned for its exceptional acidity, freshness and ageing potential. A combination of favourable conditions and excellent ripeness produced grapes with remarkable concentration while retaining the high natural acidity that gives the vintage its distinctive energy and longevity.

Dom Pérignon Rosé combines Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, with Pinot Noir providing red-fruit intensity, structure and depth. The addition of Pinot Noir red wine contributes to the wine's distinctive rosé colour and enhances its complexity.

Extended maturation at P2 allows the 1996 Rosé to evolve well beyond its youthful fruit profile, developing layers of ripe and dried red fruit, citrus peel, toasted almond, brioche, spice and savoury tertiary complexity. The wine retains the exceptional freshness of the 1996 vintage while gaining additional depth and textural richness.

Presented in an elegant gift box, this rare mature P2 Rosé is especially suited to collectors, luxury gifting, milestone celebrations and prestigious dining occasions.
