Allegrini Corte Giara Merlot Corvina IGT is a vibrant and approachable red blend that combines the supple, fruit-forward character of Merlot with the freshness and lively acidity of Corvina Veronese, the signature grape of Veneto. Crafted by the renowned Allegrini family under the Corte Giara label, this wine reflects their philosophy of producing modern, everyday wines with exceptional quality and excellent drinkability.

Made from 60% Merlot and 40% Corvina Veronese, the grapes are hand-harvested from hillside vineyards around Verona. After gentle pressing, the wine undergoes temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks for 8–10 days, followed by malolactic fermentation. It is then aged for approximately 4 months in stainless steel and a further 2 months in bottle, preserving its fresh fruit profile while developing a smooth, rounded texture.

Clean and lingering with notes of ripe red fruits, delicate herbs, and silky tannins.
