Allegrini Corte Giara Recioto della Valpolicella DOCG 2015 is an elegant Italian dessert wine produced by Corte Giara, the acclaimed project created by the renowned Allegrini family. Recioto is the historic sweet wine of Valpolicella and the predecessor of Amarone, crafted using the traditional appassimento method that concentrates the grapes' natural sugars and aromas. Rich, velvety, and beautifully balanced, this wine captures the essence of Veneto's centuries-old winemaking tradition while maintaining the freshness and finesse for which Allegrini is renowned.

Produced from 40% Corvina Veronese, 40% Corvinone, 15% Rondinella, and 5% Oseleta, the grapes are manually harvested from the Marezzane and Villa Cavarena vineyards before undergoing a natural drying process in traditional fruttai (drying lofts), losing 45–50% of their original weight. Fermentation takes place over approximately 25 days in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, preserving the wine's luscious sweetness. It is then matured for a minimum of 14 months in new and second-use French barriques, followed by at least 10 months in bottle before release, resulting in exceptional richness, elegance, and ageing potential.
