Allegrini Corte Giara Valpolicella DOC is a fresh, fruit-driven red wine crafted by the renowned Allegrini family under the Corte Giara label. Established in 1989, Corte Giara was created to produce approachable, high-quality wines that showcase the authentic character of Veneto while remaining perfect for everyday enjoyment. Sourced from hillside vineyards in Eastern Valpolicella, this wine highlights the vibrant freshness and elegance that have made Valpolicella one of Italy's most beloved red wine regions.

Produced from Corvina Veronese and Rondinella, the grapes are hand-harvested in the first half of September before undergoing temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks for 8–10 days. After malolactic fermentation in December, the wine is matured for 3 months in stainless steel tanks, preserving its bright fruit character and lively acidity without oak influence. The result is an elegant, medium-bodied red wine that is smooth, refreshing, and exceptionally versatile at the table.
