Matured in a combination of classic American oak bourbon barrels and sweet Marsala fortified wine casks, it delivers a remarkable balance of smoky intensity, Mediterranean richness, and exceptional complexity. 

Bottled at 47.8% ABV and non-chill filtered to preserve its full character, Ardbeg Dolce offers an indulgent fusion of dried fruits, orange marmalade, roasted nuts, dark chocolate, and signature Islay peat smoke. Tasting Notes

Colour:
Sunset orange.

Nose:
Rich aromas of apricot, plump raisins, sticky dates, tangy stewed apples, orange marmalade, roasted mushrooms, pine needles, salted fish, capers, olives, and signature Ardbeg peat smoke.

Palate:
Bold and complex with warming cinnamon, star anise, liquorice spice, maple-smoked wood, baked dates, walnuts, honeycomb, dark chocolate, dried fruits, lemon rind, salted nuts, dried herbs, and waves of sweet smoky peat.

Finish:
Long, rich, and lingering with smoked applewood, drying tobacco leaves, glowing bonfire embers, and chewy peat oils.
