Named after the star constellation Scorpius, this cuvée is crafted from low-yielding vines and selected parcels, then fermented with a portion in seasoned oak to add texture and depth.

With bottle age, the 2018 vintage has evolved beautifully, offering layered aromatics, savoury complexity, and a refined, mineral-driven palate—far removed from simple, fruit-forward Sauvignon Blanc.
