Balblair 21 Years Single Malt Whisky 700ml

Balblair 21 Years Old is a distinguished Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky that combines extended bourbon-cask maturation with a carefully selected Spanish oak Oloroso cask finish. The whisky begins its journey in American oak ex-bourbon and double-fired American oak casks, where it matures for 15 years before spending a further six years in hand-selected Spanish oak casks seasoned with Oloroso wine.

This extended maturation creates a rich yet balanced expression, bringing together vibrant tropical fruit, ripe apricot, honey, warming spices, and dark chocolate. Bottled at 46% ABV with natural colour and without chill filtration, Balblair 21 Years Old showcases the distillery's signature fruity character alongside the deeper richness imparted by its long Oloroso maturation.

Tasting Notes

Pineapple and apricot intertwine with aromatic cinnamon and nutmeg, followed by toffee apple and honey.
