Benjamin Leroux Gevrey-Chambertin 2023 is an elegant and structured red wine from one of the renowned villages of Burgundy's Côte de Nuits. Crafted from 100% Pinot Noir, the wine combines vibrant red and dark fruit with savoury, mineral and earthy nuances, reflecting the character of Gevrey-Chambertin.
The 2023 vintage offers generous fruit, freshness and fine tannins. Sourced from carefully selected parcels within Gevrey-Chambertin, the wine was fermented with indigenous yeast and approximately 10% whole clusters, followed by 18 months of barrel ageing with around 20% new oak.

Deep ruby red with rich purple reflections.

Nose:
Expressive and layered with black cherry, wild strawberry, raspberry and dark fruit, accompanied by floral, savoury, earthy and subtle spicy notes.

Palate:
Medium-bodied and refined with vibrant red and dark berry fruit, firm yet fine-grained tannins and lively acidity. Mineral and savoury nuances add depth, while subtle spice contributes complexity.

Finish:
Long and persistent with lingering dark berry, cherry, savoury and mineral notes.
