Benriach The Twenty Five is a richly layered 25-year-old Speyside Single Malt Scotch Whisky crafted from a combination of peated and unpeated spirit and matured for at least twenty-five years across four distinctive cask types: sherry casks, bourbon barrels, virgin oak casks and Madeira Island wine casks.

Over its extended maturation, Benriach's characteristic sweet Speyside smoke gradually mellows and integrates with layers of fruit, malt and oak. The result is a sophisticated and sumptuous single malt with rich baked fruit, honeyed malt, toasted oak spice and a distinctive caramelised smoke character.

Bottled at 46% ABV with its natural cask-imparted colour, The Twenty Five demonstrates the depth and complexity that comes from long maturation and carefully selected casks.

Tasting Notes

Colour:
Deep amber with a rich, natural appearance from extended cask maturation.

Nose:
Rich and aromatic with smoked apricot, dark cherry chocolate and hazelnut toffee.

Palate:
Sumptuous and layered with baked fruit, honeyed malt and toasted oak spice. Orange and cinnamon spice add warmth and complexity, while gentle smoke develops into a rich caramelised character.

Finish:
Long, rich and warming, with lingering caramelised smoke, toasted oak, spice and dried fruit notes.
