Bodegas Arráez Cava Sutra Brut NV is a fresh and approachable Spanish Cava produced from selected vineyards in the Altiplano Valenciano. The blend of 90% Macabeo and 10% Chardonnay combines the fresh, fruity character of Macabeo with the added elegance and texture of Chardonnay.
The grapes benefit from the Mediterranean and continental influences of the region, with clay soils and north-facing vineyards helping to achieve balanced ripeness, gentle acidity and expressive fruit character. The wine undergoes secondary fermentation and ageing on its lees, developing fine bubbles and a smooth, rounded texture.
Cava Sutra Brut presents a pale, bright appearance with a fine, persistent mousse. Aromas of white fruit and citrus lead into a soft, rounded palate with delicate, well-integrated bubbles.
