Edoné Gran Cuvée 2018 is an elegant Spanish sparkling wine from Viñedos Balmoral in Alpera, Castilla-La Mancha. Made using the Traditional Method, it combines Chardonnay and Pinot Noir to create a refined sparkling wine with fine bubbles, mature fruit character, and subtle brioche and nutty complexity. The 2018 vintage spent approximately 40 months ageing on its lees before release.
