Edoné Rosé Gran Cuvée 2019 is an elegant Spanish rosé sparkling wine from Viñedos Balmoral in Alpera, Castilla-La Mancha. Produced using the Traditional Method, it blends Tempranillo, Syrah, and Pinot Noir, with a second fermentation in bottle and at least 24 months of lees ageing for added texture and complexity. The 2019 vintage displays a delicate salmon colour, fine bubbles, and a fresh, expressive character.
