Tasting Notes
Colour:
Deep ruby red with violet highlights.
Nose:
Expressive aromas of blackberry, black cherry, plum, violet, cedar, vanilla, dark chocolate, and sweet baking spices.
Palate:
Full-bodied and refined with concentrated flavours of ripe blackberries, cassis, blueberry, cocoa, liquorice, and toasted oak. Fine-grained tannins and vibrant acidity create excellent balance and a velvety mouthfeel.
Finish:
Long, elegant, and persistent with lingering dark fruit, mocha, cedar, and subtle spice.
