Bonnet-Cotton Côte de Brouilly "100% Cotton" 2021 is a structured and expressive Beaujolais Cru red wine made from 100% Gamay. Produced from old vines averaging around 60 years of age on the slopes of Côte de Brouilly, the wine reflects the distinctive character of the appellation and its decomposed blue diorite soils.
The wine is vinified with whole bunches and native yeasts, followed by approximately eight months of ageing in foudres and barrels. The result is a powerful yet fresh Gamay with vibrant red fruit, spice, cocoa, fine tannins and refreshing acidity.

Bright ruby red with youthful purple reflections.

Nose:
Expressive and aromatic with raspberry, cherry and other red fruits, complemented by spice, cocoa, subtle herbal and smoky nuances.

Palate:
Ample and structured with juicy red fruit flavours, refreshing acidity and fine tannins. Raspberry and cherry are complemented by delicate spice and cocoa notes, creating a balanced and energetic palate.

Finish:
Long, fresh and elegant with lingering red fruit, spice, cocoa and subtle mineral notes.
