Bonnet-Cotton Côte de Brouilly "100% Cotton" 2021 Magnum 1.5L is an expressive Beaujolais Cru red wine made from 100% Gamay. Produced from mature vines on the slopes of Côte de Brouilly, the wine reflects the distinctive volcanic and mineral character of the appellation.
The wine is made using whole bunches and native yeasts, with ageing in large foudres and barrels. The result is a vibrant and structured Gamay combining ripe red fruit, refreshing acidity, fine tannins, spice and subtle mineral complexity. The 1.5L Magnum format is particularly suited to sharing, celebrations and larger dinner occasions.
