Bruna Grimaldi "Camilla" Barolo DOCG 2019 is the flagship Barolo Classico from the family-owned Azienda Agricola Bruna Grimaldi, located between Grinzane Cavour and Serralunga d'Alba in the heart of Piedmont. Produced from 100% Nebbiolo, Camilla is a traditional multi-vineyard Barolo crafted from carefully selected estate vineyards across several prestigious Barolo communes. Named after the historic Camilla vineyard in Grinzane Cavour, this wine represents the harmony, elegance, and balance of a classic Barolo while showcasing the diversity of the appellation's finest terroirs. The vineyards are planted on the renowned Marne di Sant'Agata Fossili and Lequio Formation soils, rich in limestone and clay, producing wines with remarkable structure, finesse, and ageing potential.

The exceptional 2019 vintage is widely recognised as one of Piedmont's finest in recent decades, delivering Nebbiolo with superb concentration, freshness, and beautifully refined tannins. Following hand harvesting, the grapes undergo temperature-controlled fermentation with a long skin maceration of approximately 20–30 days. The wine is then matured for 24–30 months in large Slavonian oak casks and French oak tonneaux, without the use of new oak, before extended bottle ageing. The result is an elegant and expressive Barolo with vibrant red fruit, floral aromatics, silky tannins, and outstanding ageing potential.
